INTRODUCTION
I’m Emma Hubbard, a sole trader trading as Emma Hubbard (“Me”, “I” or “My”). I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting your personal data. Please read this policy carefully as it sets out how I collect your personal data when you visit My website www.iamemmahubbard.com (the “Service” or “Site”), how I may use it and what your rights are in relation to My use of that personal data.
1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND WHO I AM
This privacy policy tells you how I, as a data controller, collect, process, use, store, transfer and delete your personal data through your use of this Site, including any data you may provide through this Site when you sign up to My email list or purchase goods or services from My Site etc. When I talk about personal data I mean information about a living individual who can be identified from that data or can be identified from that data together with any other data related to that individual.

This Site is not intended for children and I do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
2. WHAT DATA DO I COLLECT ABOUT YOU?

Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from Me and My third parties and your communication preferences, your interests, feedback and survey responses;
Tracking and Cookies Data includes tracking beacons, tags and scripts to collect and track information and improve and analyse My Service and cookies, which are files with small amounts of data used to remember your preferences and settings among other things. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when websites set or access cookies. If you disable or refuse cookies you may not be able to access some parts of this Site or the Site may not function properly. Special Categories of Data
During a 1:1 session with Me, you may choose to share information that is considered a Special Category of personal data (such as information about your health or religious and philosophical beliefs). I do not actively seek to collect this information, and I do not collect information about criminal convictions. If you do share special category data, it will be handled in line with this Privacy Policy and the explicit consent you provide.
Explicit Consent for Sensitive Information
If You choose to share sensitive information with Me (for example relating to your health, beliefs or other Special Categories of personal data under data protection law), I will only process that information with your explicit consent. By providing this information during a 1:1 session, You agree that I may use it solely for the purpose of delivering the service You have requested and in accordance with any additional express consents You have provided (for example, where you have agreed to the recording or publication of your session). 3. HOW DO I COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
I collect personal information from you when you:
purchase any of My products or services;
subscribe to My service or publications including signing up to My newsletter or mailing list;

work with Me in a commercial capacity;

4. HOW DO I USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
My legal basis for collecting, using and storing personal information under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is one of the following:
Consent - I may ask for your consent to use your personal information, for example if I am using your personal information for marketing purposes to provide you with information about My products and services you’ve asked to receive or I think may be of interest to you. Legitimate Interest - This includes providing and maintaining My products and/or services, providing customer support and detecting, preventing and investigating technical issues;
Performance of a Contract - I may process personal information to perform My obligations under a contract with you for example using payment information to complete a purchase from My Site;
Other legal basis - Sometimes I may have a legal obligation to collect, use or store Your personal information in response to a court order. I may also use Your personal information to comply with My legal obligations, for example to notify You of changes to this privacy policy, or to exercise, establish or defend a legal claim like debt collection.

Depending on where You are located, You have rights in relation to the personal information I hold about You. These may include the right to:

I aim to respond to all valid requests without undue delay and within one month, as required under GDPR/UK GDPR.
6. HOW LONG DO I RETAIN YOUR DATA
I’ll retain your personal data only for as long as it’s necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy or as long as I’m required to by law. I’ll retain and use your personal data to the extent it’s necessary to comply with My legal obligations (for example, I’m required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce My contracts and policies.
7. MARKETING EMAILS
Third Party Marketing and Opting-Out
I’ll get Your express opt-in consent before I share Your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
You can ask Me or the third party to stop sending You marketing messages at any time by following the opt-out or unsubscribe links on any marketing message sent to You or by contacting Me at any time at hello@iamemmahubbard.com.
8. THIRD PARTY ACCESS
I may share Your personal data with trusted third-party service providers who help Me deliver My Services. These include:
Payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) to securely process transactions.
Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) to help Me understand how visitors use My Site.
Email marketing platforms (such as Flodesk) to send newsletters and updates You have subscribed to.
Video conferencing providers (such as Zoom) to conduct online sessions.
Scheduling tools (such as Accuity) to manage bookings and appointments.
Content hosting platforms (such as YouTube) where I may publish session recordings or other videos, but only with your separate, explicit consent.
Website hosting and IT service providers to support the secure operation of My Site such as Squarespace.
These providers only access Your data as needed to perform their services for Me and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

From time to time, I may also engage other trusted third-party providers to support My Services. Where I do so, I’ll ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect Your personal information, and I’ll update this Privacy Policy as necessary to remain transparent.
9. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES FROM OUR SITE
My Site may contain links to third party websites that are not operated by Me. If you click on those links or enable those connections that may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. I don’t control these third party websites and am not responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices. You should make sure you’re familiar with the privacy policy of those third party websites before you submit any personal data to them.
10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
My service providers and systems may be located in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. This means your personal information may be transferred and processed internationally.
Where I transfer data outside the UK, EU or Australia, I take appropriate steps to ensure it is protected, including using Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards recognised under applicable data protection law.
11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time because of changes in legislation or in My attempts to serve your needs better. If there are any changes made to this privacy policy, I’ll display a notice on My Site telling you about the change before it becomes effective.

12. IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA
Where I need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract I have with you, and you fail to provide that data when asked, I may not be able to perform the contract I have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). If that happens, I may have to cancel a product or service you have with Me but I’ll notify you if that’s the case, at that time.
