No. While many clients come to connect with loved ones in Spirit, these sessions are also for women navigating other forms of grief and transition—divorce, career loss, friendship breakdowns, or the slow grief of realising life looks nothing like you planned.
If you haven't experienced the death of someone close to you, the session will focus more heavily on intuitive guidance. The format remains the same—grounding rituals, body scan, deep guidance, and tools to trust your own intuition going forward.

While I can’t guarantee that we’ll connect with a specific loved one, if you're feeling called to book this session, trust that pull.

You don't need to prepare specific questions. Your loved ones will guide what comes through based on what you need to hear most. That said, if you’ve got specific question we can absolutely ask them.
The most powerful questions are open-ended and focused on guidance rather than yes/no answers. Instead of "Should I take this job?" try "What energy do I need to embody to make the right decision about this opportunity?"
